Most organizations split the management of their navigation between multiple people. Users who can edit your navigation are called Navo Administrators, and have higher permissions than your normal users. Navo administrators can edit and deploy your navigation, change your billing settings, and create other administrators. You can grant administrator permissions to anyone in your organization through the admin centre.

For a user to be a Navo Administrator, you must first invite them to your organization.

How to add a Navo Administrator

  1. Open the Administrators screen in the admin centre
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the ADD NEW button
  3. Enter the Name and Email of the person you want to make an administrator and click CONFIRM to grant them administrator permissions.
