Navo is a tool designed for sharing links with other people in your organization or team. The User Management Screen is where you can invite new users, cancel outstanding invites, and delete users from your organization.

Inviting a User to Your Organization

  1. Open the User Management Screen.
  2. Click the Invite User button.
  3. Enter the name and email of the user you wish to invite.
    • Whoever you're inviting must login with the same email the invite was sent to.
  4. Click CONFIRM to send the invite. Whoever you've invited will receive an email with a link to join your organization as a user. They'll also receive a link to our Navo Welcome Guide. If you want them to edit your menu, you'll also have to make them an administrator.

Removing a User from Your Organization

  1. Open the User Management Screen.
  2. Find the user you wish to remove or the invite you wish to cancel.
  3. Hover over the user and click the close.
  4. Confirm that you would like to remove the user.

Users in SharePoint

If you use Navo for SharePoint, any user with a pending invite will automatically accept their invite if they open a page with Navo on it. We also support inviting a large amount of users at once. If this is needed, please contact support and we'll be glad to help.
